Position Responsibilities:
- Set up new and repeat parts, optimize and operate (when necessary) advanced CNC equipment (3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills)
- Machine/monitor complex components to tight tolerances
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement optimization
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and internal quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering on process improvements
- Mentor junior machinists and support team development
Position Requirements:

- Advanced multi-axis machining and strong G-code knowledge

Education:

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk and push/pull/up to 50 pounds occasionally.
