- Überwachung des laufenden Fertigungsprozesses und frühzeitiges Erkennen von Abweichungen oder Störungen
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von In-Prozess Kontrollen gemäss Prüfplan und Vorgaben
- Prüfung der gefertigten Teile mit den vorgesehenen Prüf- und Messmitteln
- Sicherstellung der geforderten Produktqualität sowie Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Spezifikationen
- Korrekte Erfassung und Dokumentation der Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten in den dafür vorgesehenen Systemen
- Bearbeitung der Produktionsaufträge gemäss Arbeitsanweisungen, Zeichnungen und geltenden Prozessvorgaben
- Meldung von Qualitätsabweichungen, Maschinenstörungen und Prozessproblemen an die zuständigen Stellen
- Durchführung von einfachen Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den Maschinen gemäss Vorgaben
- Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitäts-, Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Compliance-Vorgaben
- Einhaltung der Anforderungen und Dokumentationsvorgaben im regulierten Medizintechnik-Umfeld
- Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen im Produktionsbereich
- Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Tätigkeiten innerhalb des Produktionsbereichs
