Summary:

The Makino Operator's purpose is to produce high precision components according to the customer's print, specifications, and guidelines. Operator will produce components according to the rate determined by Camcraft.

• Start the machine and perform start up inspection

• Ensure that proper gauging is being used for the job

• Read and understand blueprints

• Produce high precision components according to the blueprint

• Produce high precision components at rate

• Perform all necessary part inspection using gauging instruments specified in the inspection sheet

• Perform necessary statistical process control

• Clean the workstation, check machine fluid levels and refill as needed

• Understand company software and other related Camcraft operating systems

• Follows established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved

• Other duties as assigned
