First, Second and Third Shifts available (Shifts differentials up to 30%)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running multiple machines simultaneously
- Inspecting parts to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Following established programs and supporting daily product in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Operates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components
- Responsible for reading blueprints and precision measuring equipment
Requirements
Must have requirements:
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a production manufacturing environment
- Must be able to operate multiple machines simultaneously
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must be able to operate multiple machines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience assisting with machine setup and changeovers
- Experience with Mazak lathes or machining centers
- Exposure to Mazak 5-axis mills or Integrex machines
- Experience with Swiss style lathes
- Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments
- Multi axis machining (, 4, 5 axis)
