Shifts:
First Shift: 5:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Thursday
Second Shift: 2:45pm-12:45am, Monday-Thursday
Position Summary:
Operate, adjust, and maintain CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, and/or Swiss) to produce precision components. This role involves reading technical drawings, selecting appropriate tooling, making machine adjustments, inspecting parts, and ensuring products meet specified quality and dimensional requirements.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience or certificate in machining
- Intermediate math skills (i.e. trigonometry, geometry, etc.).
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient reading, writing, oral communication and comprehension in English language.
- Basic blueprint reading.
- Basic inspection skills.
- Basic understanding of GD&T.
- Ability to run multiple machines.
- Ability to operate CMM.
- Ability to machine tight tolerances.
- Ability to work with multiple machine controls.
Pay Range Details:
Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. These may include skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
Skills Required
