What You'll Do

As a CNC Machinist, you will set up, program, and operate a variety of CNC grinding equipment used in the production of cutting tools while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC grinding and manufacturing equipment.
  • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
  • Operate centerless grinders, cylindrical grinders, CNC tool grinders, cut-off machines, and precision measuring equipment.
  • Accurately enter quality, SPC, production, and other required data into company systems.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with major repairs as needed.
  • Meet established productivity, machine utilization, and cycle time goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to understand workflow impact and production priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience working with CNC machines in a manufacturing, mechanical, or process industry.
  • Experience with CNC grinding equipment and precision measuring instruments.

  • Pay Classification: W3 ($19.00 - $35.68)
  • Location: Westminster, SC (On-site position)
