Are you an experienced CNC machinist who enjoys precision work, challenging setups, and producing high-quality parts? We're looking for a skilled machinist to join a growing team where craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are valued.
This is a hands-on position working on precision milling projects in a clean, organized shop with modern equipment. If you enjoy problem solving and take pride in your work, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Set up and operate JET CNC milling machines equipped with ACU-RITE MILLPWR CNC controls
- Program and modify toolpaths using Mastercam
- Read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Optimize tooling, feeds, speeds, and setup processes
- Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, indicators, and height gages
- Document inspection results in ProShop ERP
- Help maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement efforts
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience
- Strong setup and troubleshooting skills
- Experience programming with Mastercam
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Knowledge of tooling, materials, and machining strategies
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards
- Dependable, detail oriented, and committed to producing quality work
