Pay Range $22-$30
Responsibilities:
Intermediate CNC programmer responsible for independently programming and running both LB3000 Okuma and MB-66VB. Supports mold machining, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Independently develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for LB3000 Okuma & MB-66VB.
- Perform setups and changeovers with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshoot tool breakage, chatter, or machining deviations.
- Conduct in-process inspections and complete QC documentation.
- Maintain tooling sheets, fixture drawings, and setup instructions.
- Support mold machining for repair, refurbishment, and spares.
- Train and mentor CNC Programmer I on setups and basic programming.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve manufacturability of mold parts.
- Participate in Kaizen/Lean projects to reduce cycle time and scrap.
- Lead root cause analysis for machining-related defects.
- Cross-train into Tool & Die repair tasks when needed.
- Analytical thinking for optimizing tool paths.
- Coaching/mentoring ability with junior staff.
- Ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication with Mold Technicians, Tool & Die, and Supervisor.
- Intermediate CAD/CAM

- Strong GD&T interpretation and SPC familiarity.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues
