Summary:

CNC Machinists will be required to set-up and operate CNC machines to manufacture custom-ordered tool and die components. No programming experience is required. Machinists will be required to work five 8-hours shifts with possible OT on weekends.

Responsibilities:

Performs variety of production functions, including but not limited to:

· Responsible for setting up and operating various computer numerically controlled machines to perform machining operations.

· Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls required.

· Works with engineers, production personnel, programmers or others to resolve machining problems and product issues.

· Verifies conformance of finished work-piece to specifications

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED.

· Must be 18 years or older.

· Minimum of 1 year experience on CNC mills or lathes.

· Must be familiar with and be able to use precision measuring equipment.
