Ben jij nauwkeurig, technisch onderlegd en werk je graag met moderne CNC-machines? Dan is dit jouw kans! Als CNC-Draaier bij NOV Tuboscope werk je met hoogwaardige machines en draag je bij aan de productie van onderdelen die wereldwijd in de olie-, gas- en geothermie-industrie worden gebruikt. Je werkt in 2 ploegen:

• Maandag t/m donderdag: 06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00
• Vrijdag: 06:00–13:00 | 13:00–20:00

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC-draaimachines (o.a. Mazak, Okuma’s en Doosan Puma’s )
• Wisselen van gereedschappen en lezen van technische tekeningen
• Produceren van enkelstuks en seriewerkstukken
• Uitvoeren en rapporteren van kwaliteitscontroles
• Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en efficiëntie
• Werken in een 2-ploegendienstschema

Jouw profiel – Kwalificaties & vaardigheden

• Minimaal MTS of WTB werk- en denkniveau
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie (of in opleiding)
• Ervaring met CNC-draaien en programmeren (Fanuc / Okuma / Mazak)
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en basiskennis Engels
• Flexibel, stressbestendig, inventief en nauwkeurig
• Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken

About the Role

Are you precise, technically skilled, and passionate about working with modern CNC machines? As a CNC Turner at NOV Tuboscope, you will operate advanced equipment and contribute to the production of high-quality components used worldwide in the oil, gas, and geothermal industries. You will work in 2 shifts: 

• Monday–Thursday: 06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00
• Friday: 06:00–13:00 | 13:00–20:00

Key Responsibilities

• Independently program, set up, and operate CNC lathes (including Okuma and Doosan Puma machines)
• Change tools and interpret technical drawings
• Manufacture both single parts and series production
• Perform and document quality inspections
• Actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency
• Work in a 2-shift rotation schedule

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical education (MTS or WTB level)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (or currently in training)
• Hands-on CNC turning and programming experience (Fanuc / Okuma / Mazak)
• Proficient in Dutch, with basic English skills
• Flexible, stress-resistant, inventive, and accurate
• Willingness to work in shifts
