Stonebridge Nursing & Rehabilitation is growing, and we're looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. Full-Time Day Shift

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Full-Time Night Shift

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Rotating weekends

• Set schedules may be available based on staffing needs

• Less than 1 Year: $18.00/hour

• 1 Year: $19.50/hour

• 2 Years: $20.50/hour

• 3 Years: $21.50/hour

• 4 Years: $22.50/hour

• 5 Years: $23.50/hour

• 6+ Years: $24.50/hour

• +$2.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• Help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional care

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required

• New CNAs are encouraged to apply—we're happy to train the right candidates
