Department OverviewThe Services’ Design & Tools team is a strategic component of Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO), responsible for providing exceptional Service Design & innovative technology solutions to enable and empower Motorola Solutions Centralized Managed Support Operations to meet and exceed customer's expectations
Job Description
As part of this internship with the Design & Tools Front Office team, the intern will:

Collaborate closely with senior resources to participate in the analysis, design and testing of solutions for customer self-service tools including web portals, telephony, and chat.

Analyze customer utilization of self-service tools
-
Design solutions related to new capabilities
-
Evaluate the use of AI for streamlining self-service

Work with UI/UX designers to improve the customer experience

Test new or enhanced solutions prior to release
-
Assist in the creation of internal and external communications
Preferred Qualifications
-
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Business or a related field

Basic understanding of portals, telephony, and chat
-
Exposure to AI solutions and technologies
-
Strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills

Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Figma or similar UI design tools

Lucid, Visio, or similar diagramming tool
-
Atlassian Tools including Jira and TestRail
Basic Requirements
- All Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Business or a related field
- Graduation date must be on or after December 1, 2025
