RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies and establishes relationships with customers and/or manages and builds relationships with existing customers.
  • Provides internal and external technical and/or customer support in the development and application of products, processing techniques and resolution of problems.
  • Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services either through direct sales
  • Develop, Align and Execute account strategies to meet business targets
  • Understand customer technology trends, competitive environment and strategic customer needs
  • Utilize strong sales skills to represent CMPT to customers
  • Promote DuPont processes and secure trials of new materials and support exiting product sales
  • Effectively negotiate supply contracts
  • Manage customer pricing strategically in line with business goals
  • Deliver a high level of service to customers - effectively resolve any quality or service issues that arise
  • Work with customers to define un-met needs
  • Develop sales projects around commercial and developmental opportunities
  • Successfully convert opportunities leading to sales growth
  • Work cross-functionally and responsible for demand plan and sales forecast accuracy

ROLE (JOB) SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • BS degree required. MS highly desirable. Degree should be in engineering or science field.
  • 5 +years of semiconductor Industry experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of IC fabrication operations beneficial.
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak to large groups and answering technical questions from experts in the CMP field.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization especially during customer interfacing situations.
  • Self-starter, works well with minimal supervision.
