The Contact Management Marketing (CMM) department is responsible for ensuring that the Direct Marketing call center systems and applications function efficiently and effectively so that the package sales, service, and supporting departments are able to achieve and exceed their production goals. The Contact Management Marketing Program Analyst will coordinate with all appropriate departments to manage the successful launch of all new direct marketing programs as well as maintain and update existing programs

Responsibilities

As aCMM Programs Analyst,you would be responsible for: 

  • Collaborate  with key customers and stakeholders to gather and document contact management marketing business and system needs,   translating needs into technical requirements for Interaction Scripter applications, and following up with leaders post deployment
  • Gain a thorough working knowledge of Direct Marketing’s policies and procedures as well as client requirements, expectations, key performance indicators and reporting benchmarks. 
  • Maintain and update  marketing application data to ensure continued programs are operating efficiently
  • Ensure that package set up in VOICE and the CMS System is configured accurately according to approved pro-formas. 
  • Responsible for requesting new and maintaining existing bank of 1,200+ local and toll-free phone numbers used by the departments CMM supports. 
  • Develop, implement and maintain SharePoint sites as required to ensure effective tracking and communications of all new program deployments package/promotion changes, E-mail communications and/or script releases. 
  • Provide project management type support to the CMM department to ensure we are on track to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 


  • Working knowledge of applications such as MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), MS SQL, Visio, SharePoint, Team Foundation Server, SalesForce.com and ability to learn technology quickly

  • Strong MS Office skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population

  • High customer service orientation

  • High level of integrity, honesty, and judgment

  • Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of customer data.

  • Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and proven success in fast paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Troubleshooting
