Position Summary
Delva Tool & Machine (DTM), a CMT company, is seeking a CMM Operator for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The CMM Operator will be responsible for carrying out quality assessments and measurements on products within specified dimensions. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm. The pay range for this position is between $31.00 - $34.00/hr. depending on experience*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes first article inspections, generating reports and PCMM points maps detailing quality of product.
- Develops and maintains inspection reports.
- Ensures compliance to company standards and specifications.
- Performs inspections across all stages of production.
- Prepares and maintains test data for review.
- Evaluates data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.
- Identifies areas for quality control improvement and implements new methods accordingly.
- Communicates quality or compliance concerns with urgency.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2+ years of prior experience working with CMM's, inspection tools, engineered drawings, prints, and assessing customer requirements.
- Proven experience using PCMM and/or CMM technology.
- Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems (Job Boss is a plus).
- Experience with a quality management system; familiarity with AS 9100 process documentation is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Aerospace specs requirements is a plus.
