  • Communicate status of material masters and prototypes to Design Quality, CMF Design, Procurement and Engineering teams and escalate risks where needed.

  • UK + Chinese Language.
  • Demonstrate high colour acuity and ability to articulate precise colour and appearance differences; pass the Munsell Hue Test with a superior score.
  • Experience with colour quality evaluation using colour measurement tools, digital data, and visual analysis.
  • Experience tracking supplier performance metrics and supporting corrective action plans to meet timing and quality goals.
  • Proven ability to implement procedures and systems for tactical protocol.
  • Pragmatic approach to facilitating creative projects, focusing on process and coordination rather than direct design execution.
  • Excellent at building and maintaining external and internal relationships including travelling to suppliers.
  • Bring an excellent knowledge of technical material knowledge to educate and influence the design team.
  • Strong communication and organised skills; obsessive attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects with short timelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional visual communication skills - can extract meaning from raw data and translate it into understandable, actionable graphics that fit onto a single slide.

What to expect:

You’ll build and oversee material masters, collaborate closely with suppliers, drive quality in every stage, and thrive in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment. Your acute eye for colour and detail, paired with operational excellence and top-tier visual communication, will help you clarify, influence, and propel the delivery of world-class solutions.
