The Candidate will be responsible for promoting Canon Products & Solutions awareness and profile across the regions via events, PR, marketing activities, internal promotion, and partner collaboration. He / She will also be responsible for designing action plans for country support and regional marketing / sales activity to stimulate market awareness and sales achievement.
ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis & Strategy
Analyse market size, competition, pricing and market dynamics across assigned countries.
Develop local sales strategies and business plans in collaboration with Area Sales and partners.
Develop regional marketing and sales action plans to drive market awareness and sales.
Monitor Canon market share and provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Pricing & Product Positioning
Define product pricing and positioning based on market and competitive insights.
Negotiate product support and pricing with BU.
Support tender pricing, key accounts and special deals in collaboration with Area Sales.
Manage the tender pipeline and ensure effective follow-up with Area Sales.
Product Launch & Promotion
Coordinate new product launches across Middle East markets to ensure timely and successful market introduction.
Manage product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life through appropriate strategies, promotions and schemes.
Drive strategic product priorities and targets in line with management direction.
Product Training & Development
Deliver product training for internal teams and Canon distributors across the region.

Qualification & Experience
University level or equivalent with 15+ years’ of work experience
High level of relevant knowledge and experience coupled with the ability to relate technical information to non- technical people at all levels.
Previous experience of formal classroom training desirable but proven coaching techniques may be an acceptable alternative (formal training to be learned).
Fluency in written and Spoken English, Knowledge of Arabic.
High level of written and spoken communications required
Professional appearance, attitude and communication style.
Familiarity with MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must be fluent in English. Arabic knowledge will be a plus
