Progressive, innovative urgent care looking for experienced CMA with at least 2 years experience in Urgent care or Primary Care office setting.


Experience with Athena EHR would be an asset.

Some weekends required. Must be able to work the following hours.

Office is open M-F 8am-9pm, Sat 8am-4pm, Sun 8am-4pm

Job expectations:

  • Triage patients
  • Lab testing (will train)
  • X-ray (will train)
  • Injections and IV (will train)
  • Assisting provider
  • Some front office work
  • Phoning patients and managing their interactions with the office.

Minimum requirements:

  • Detail orientated.
  • Able to manage processes.
  • Computer skills intermediate.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
  • Flexible
  • Experience in primary care or urgent care.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift > 10 lbs.
  • Shifts are frequently 13 hours long.
