Job DescriptionWorking with the Group Director of Global Sales or Global Director of Sales (if any) to provide sales and marketing services to all MHG within the assigned sales territory to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading all sales activities for the hotel, achieving revenue and profit targets, and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of the hotel. Provide a full area market intelligence service about the competition and the travel trade market and trends. Solicit Segmentation of clientele adapted to the properties: MICE for corporate and incentive groups, Tour Operators, Online Travel Agents (OTA), Highend travel agents, Tourism Boards and relevant airlines determined by Group Director of Global Sales.
Qualifications• At least bachelor’s degree in any related filed
• Experiences in hospitality sales function
• Strong communication skills, very good written & verbal English is essential
• Strong analytical skills are a must. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficiency in computer literate
• Being a good team player
