About the Role
As a Portfolio/Product Manager, you bridge the gap between marketing and sales. You will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Kitchen Care and Fabric Care portfolios in the Benelux market. Your role includes product lifecycle management, activating new product introductions and innovations, and developing marketing materials that support sales teams and customers.
You will be part of the Eurasia Portfolio Management Team, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to optimize the product mix and ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product portfolios and introduce new products and programs in the Benelux market.
Develop and implement portfolio plans, ensuring excellent execution and promotion of products and dispensing equipment.
Take ownership of product lifecycle management, identifying opportunities for mix optimization and profitability improvements.
Work closely with regional portfolio teams to develop new propositions that add value and drive growth.
Support the EU Portfolio Team Leads in specific regional projects.
Create and localize product support materials and marketing collateral.
Engage with local sales organizations to present programs, activities, and new innovations.
Ensure a high standard of execution across all projects.
Who You Are
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or portfolio management in a B2B or similar B2C environment.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience managing product launches, marketing campaigns, and innovation projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into strategic actions.
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Affinity with technical solutions and a passion for the cleaning industry.
Ability to motivate and influence internal and external partners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Additional Requirements
Fluent in Dutch or French, with a strong command of English (C1 level).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, as needed.
Hybrid position based in Kampenhout (BE) or Breukelen (NL), with flexibility for occasional remote work.
