Role
Under the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications Director and Manager, Cluster Marketing & Communications Executive is supporting all Marketing & Communications activities such as PR, SNS, Digital Marketing, promotions and production of collaterals creations for Aman Tokyo, Amanemu and Janu Tokyo. To increase the awareness of Aman Tokyo, Amanemu and Janu Tokyo worldwide, and to build the position of Aman Brand among Japanese local market as the most luxury hotel/resort and luxury hospitality brand in Japan.
Act as a storyteller for Aman Tokyo, Amanemu and Janu Tokyo both worldwide and Japan.
Responsibilities
Coordinate media visits and shooting.
Handling media inquiries and distributing press releases with Cluster MarCom Manager.
Attend and handle shooting sessions by media under supervision of Cluster MarCom Manager.
Ensure promotions for hotel, F&B, Spa and Aman Essentials and try to capture the exposure on media.
Work for creating collaterals such as flyer, brochure, sales factsheets, seasonal brochures etc. under supervision of Cluster MarCom Director and Manager.
Work with Cluster MarCom Manager for collecting images and information of promotions of F&B, Spa and accommodation and drafting text for posting on Facebook and Instagram.
Ensure maintaining and updating database of media and KOL.
Supervise and ensure to manage asset of the hotel such as images, movies and others.
Supervise and ensure to submit digital assets at Picture Park, online image library of Aman brand.
Planning and arrangement of official photo shooting.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in the hospitality industry.
Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of social media (SNS) and web marketing.
