For our group company, NKG Vietnam Company Limited, we are looking for a Cluster Manager Assistant (f/m/d).
The position will be based in Pleiku, Gia Lai, and reports directly to the Sustainability Manager.
Your responsibilities

Local Sustainability Staffs Management

  • Assign tasks to local staff and farmer leaders; supervise their execution to meet the sustainability program’s requirements.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all assigned responsibilities.

Internal Audits & Compliance

  • Plan and budget internal audits for multiple certification types and related projects.
  • Monitor assigned staff to conduct audits using approved forms, checklists, and mobile apps.
  • Ensure farmer groups comply with certified standards and codes of conduct.
  • Identify non-compliant farmers, document findings with group leader confirmation, and report to the Head of Department (HoD).

Data Collection & Reporting

  • Collect accurate data on farmers, farmer groups, and suppliers for certification audits.
  • Gather and summarize feedback from stakeholders; propose solutions to strengthen the sustainability program.
  • Monitor and report regular updates on weather conditions, farm status, crop development, coffee sales, and inventory.

Project & Program Implementation

  • Support project managers to plan and budget for sustainability projects within the local project areas.
  • Support project managers to supervise project execution and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
  • Support project activities and collaborate with local authorities in project areas.
  • Attract new farmers and groups to expand participation in sustainable development programs.

Training & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Organize and support annual workshops and training sessions as required by HoD.
  • Coordinate with farmer group leaders to maintain accurate field records and cost tracking.
  • Prepare and support customer visits to farming communities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, local government, and partners.

Any other tasks as assigned by your superiors.

Your profile

  • Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
  • Understanding of coffee-farming techniques, certified standards, and codes of conduct.
  • Internal inspection planning, farmland mapping, data collection, and database updates
  • Proficient in GPS, smartphones/tablets, Word, Excel, internet, and email
  • Leadership: Staff supervision, task delegation, conflict resolution, and team coordination
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement, and reporting capabilities
  • High integrity, independent, resilient under pressure, flexible to HoD instructions
