Your Opportunity
You will be leading the cluster team (20+) – inspire, coach as needed to achieve agreed outcomes
You must have a deep understanding of local market dynamics and have in-depth market knowledge of the various states esp APTL
You will be responsible for the state P&L - consistently deliver local P&L objectives and work towards building Roche leadership in chosen business areas
You will be building a strong relationships with the identified key stakeholders from Key Doctors, Accounts or Government stakeholders to build Roche equity
You will proactively shape the market environment, defend and improve Roche market position and depth of market access by developing strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders (especially regulators, Pharma and Healthcare associations, patient groups, customers, media, key accounts, and TAEs)
You will be creating partnering opportunities wherever feasible - identify delivery partners and collaborate with them to increase access to Roche Innovations and build competitive knowledge through organizing and participating in local/global events
You will ensure compliance of the cluster team with Roche and Local guidelines for all Roche Initiatives
You will develop & implement operational policies and a strategic plan, ensuring delivery of key project KPIs
You will individually contribute to communities (within the affiliate, or at global level) through active participation with tangible results, over and above other responsibilities
Who you are
You are a university educated in business and/or medical, MBA would be a plus with a relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (10+ years)
You have worked in a mid-to-senior management function for a company based in India with Strong financial business acumen
You have a Strong customer focus with a keen eye on delivering patient value
You have the ability to lead teams in an agile way and creating a working culture that is transparent and values driven and ensures personal growth of employees
Employee has completed minimum 2- 3 years with Roche Pharma (Applicable for internal hire)
You must be willing to relocate to any of the cluster locations (if need arises)
