- Lead the design and execution of innovative and customized solutions for clients.
- Work with Change Management Lead to explore new white space opportunities and develop new products
- Provide thought leadership by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices.

- Oversee multiple complex change management projects simultaneously.
- Assess and ascertain the need for Variable Change support and lead the procurement process for onboarding.
- Manage project teams, ensuring the successful execution of deliverables on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and quality, and take proactive measures to address issues.

- Lead and execute independently on change initiatives, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
- Create change management plans that facilitate smooth transitions to new workplace environments.

Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master degree preferred
· 7-15 years of experience in workplace strategy, change management, design or related fields.
· Proven track record of leading successful workplace transformation projects.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
· Strong stakeholder management skills
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge of workplace technology and trends, including flexible work arrangements, sustainability, and wellness initiatives.
· Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. T May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
