Job Summary
The position will be responsible for handling a variety of projects to support and improve the organizations internally developed cloud platform. To be successful in this position, person must be able to handle both the professional level (i.e. support the US team with all IT issues) as well as apply Itamar Medical IT procedures and regulations in the conduct with customers.
Essential Functions

• Serve as the first point of contact for Itamar employees and customers seeking technical assistance.

• Aid employees and customers in navigating and using our proprietary platforms.

• Diagnosis new issue and document findings.

• Controlling access to users who access patient data on our platforms

• Enable settings on platform -ad hoc

• Responsible for sensitive and security allowance features

• Allow/enable researchers access raw data

• Aid customers in pre-install planning process, security evaluations and deployment

• Record events and problems and their resolution in IT task system.

• Monitor cloud platform and report issues.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment

• Assist customers and field staff with periodic updates to locally installed software components.

• Applying company’s IT regulations & procedures and monitoring compliance.

• Responsible for communication solutions that involves IT.

• Report relevant IT issues to company’s IT manager.

• Other job duties as assigned by management.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• BS Degree (computer science) – preferred

• 3 + years’ experience in software support.

• Proven experience as IT support for at least 3 years.

• Experience using Salesforce, Slack, SendGrid, Jira

• MS Office Suite

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong computer troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

• Professional troubleshooting knowledge of windows in an enterprise setting

• Previous experience as a systems administrator

• Strong understanding of computer security concepts

• Experience with enterprise software security reviews

• Ability to quickly adapt and respond to job, environmental, and industry changes.

• Strong customer service skills, with excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Independent contributor - can learn and gain new knowledge quickly.

• Must be able to communicate effectively & maintain professional conduct.

• Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle several tasks and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.

• Able to work after hours to support company needs if they arise.

Travel Requirements

• Travel up to 10%.
