We are seeking individuals to join our team with an interest in cloud transformation, architecture, and DevSecOps engineering. As a Cloud Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving cloud-native transformations, automation, and CI/CD enablement for RSM clients. You will design and implement scalable DevOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, and site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices to optimize application delivery and performance. In this client-facing role, you will not just be configuring servers; you will be architecting the business case for change, defining the roadmap, and guiding executive stakeholders through the operational realities of cloud adoption. You will be part of a cross-functional team that includes software engineers, architects, and cybersecurity professionals, to accelerate digital transformation initiatives across industries. At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role.
