Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Services Intern to join our IT and infrastructure team. This position is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field who want hands-on experience with server administration and cloud platforms.Job Description:
Responsibilities
· Monitor and maintain AWS-hosted infrastructure
· Assist with routine server upgrades and patching
· Audit and verify that critical endpoint tools like CrowdStrike are installed and functioning across all systems
· Support compliance and security initiatives through documentation and configuration checks
· Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments
Qualifications
· Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
· Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms (academic or personal projects acceptable)
· Basic understanding of Linux server operations, patch management, and system monitoring
· Strong attention to detail and interest in cybersecurity best practices
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
· Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Bash, SQL, Python)
