Role Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure for the Active SCALE application on Cloud platforms.
- Automate provisioning, deployments, and configuration using tools like Shell scripting, Ansible, and CI/CD tools.
- Build and maintain DevOps pipelines for efficient deployment across environments.
- Set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems for early issue detection.
- Control access, permissions, and security policies to ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues with root cause analysis.
- Optimize resources for cost efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain detailed documentation on infrastructure and establish best practices for cloud management.
Position Requirements:
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and management (e.g., Azure, OCI, GCP)
- Strong skills in automation and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and cloud-based application deployments.
- Experience with databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL) and scripting languages like PowerShell.
- Good familiarity with the SCALE application and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and diagnostics in cloud environments.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure ) are an advantage.
