The Role
We're looking for an experienced Cloud Support & Services Specialist to keep our customers' virtual and cloud environments running at their best. You'll be a senior technical resource — solving complex issues, driving migrations, and helping shape how we deliver cloud services.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support via phone and email for Azure, Microsoft 365, and related cloud services
- Monitor and maintain the performance of physical and virtual environments
- Participate in scheduled maintenance and major migration projects
- Collaborate with IT Operations to set up and improve infrastructure projects
- Guide customers through service configurations and follow up on resolutions
- Create and validate procedures and technical documentation
- Share knowledge across the team and act as a senior technical reference
What We're Looking For
- College degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years in a similar technical support or cloud infrastructure role
- Hands-on experience with virtual infrastructure environments
- Strong customer service skills and excellent English (written and spoken)
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, PowerShell, Microsoft System Center, Azure or AWS, Veeam Backup, clusters/HA environments, SaaS/IaaS operations, multi-site replication
- Able to work from our Dublin office 3 days per week (Dublin 12)
