We created the position of Commercial Strategy Intern (AI Automation) based on a growing number of talented, bright applicants with prestigious backgrounds. Are you finishing your Bachelor’s or have started your Master’s degree at a renowned university seeking practical experience?
Contrary to traditional companies, we offer the chance to sit next to some of the most successful serial entrepreneurs in Germany and switch to a fast-growing deep tech and cloud startup. You will work hands-on from day one and contribute to hyper-growth and help solve challenges that change frequently. Your closest touchpoints are at C-1 level from BCG and McKinsey. We personally know several top-level people who have started this way, and then went on to start their own businesses or take on leadership roles at leading companies.
What will you do
- Automate business processes: Identify automation opportunities in commercial workflows and implement solutions using tools like Python or n8n.
- Develop sales & marketing scripts: Build scripts to increase efficiency in lead scoring, outreach, and CRM processes.
- Contribute to AI-driven strategy: Support the development of data-driven go-to-market strategies enhanced by automation.
- Bottleneck analysis & process optimization: Collaborate closely with department heads to spot inefficiencies and implement pragmatic automation solutions.
- Reporting & insights: Build automated reports and dashboards to track sales performance and campaign results.
What you bring to the table
- Automation expertise: Hands-on experience with Python, scripting, and workflow automation (e.g., n8n) — or strong motivation to learn.
- Tech-savvy & problem-solving mindset: Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with a pragmatic approach.
- Communication skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on mentality: A team player with entrepreneurial drive who enjoys getting things done.
- Academic background: Final phase of a BSc in Business, Technology, Mathematics, or a related field — or currently pursuing your Master’s.
- Relevant experience: Ideally from a tech startup, consulting, or other fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
