ECS is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect Senior to work in our Winchester, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Develops strategies for cloud-based platforms. Translates business needs into long-term architecture solutions. Develops and designs solutions as needed, evaluating multiple software platforms, and integrating systems. Able to design automation for cloud resources using DevOps best practices. Acts as highest-level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Responsible for project completion. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. May lead a large development team in the design of highly complex software systems.
Preferred QualificationsThree+ years working with government Amazon Web Services (AWS) SC2S and C2S enclaves
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable microservices, leading development teams, ensuring security measures are in place within the microservices’ design, conducting meetings and presentations with Government stakeholders and leadership. The Pinnacle Architect shall have experience with programming (C#, Java, and Python), containerization for managing the deployment of microservices (Kubernetes and Docker), Cloud development (AWS), and a robust understanding of microservices development and best practices.
