Impossible Cloud is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to building and strengthening the technical relationships between Impossible Cloud, its customers, and partners. The Cloud Solution Architect will take responsibility for technical support, the presales process, and ongoing customer and partner success. Through precise planning and execution, this role ensures our partners are consistently supported, allowing them to leverage Impossible Cloud’s solution effectively.
What you will do:
- Lead and strategize the presales process, collaborating closely with the sales team to architect tailored cloud solutions for customers.
- Own the technical onboarding process for new customers and partners, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of Impossible Cloud’s solution.
- Act as the technical authority and project leader on high-impact, customer-specific implementations, driving technical excellence and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in the product development process, ensuring customer insights and strategic requirements influence the long-term product roadmap.
- Interface directly with C-suite executives and decision-makers, translating complex technical solutions into clear business value, while representing Impossible Cloud’s vision at the highest levels.
What you bring:
- Deep understanding of cloud-based object storage technologies and architectures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without positional authority
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to external partners.
- High customer orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- A team player who works well across different departments.
