Position Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship (No exceptions; green card holders are not eligible)
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- BS or higher in Computer science, IT, Engineering, Applied mathematics, or a closely related field
- 8+ years relevant work experience with BS
- 6+ years relevant work experience with MS
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Technical leadership experience
- Excel as a team player and strive to maximize team & department performance
- Willing to work on-site 5 days a week at our Raleigh, NC location
Preferred Experience & Skills as a Software Engineer:
- Designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications
- Implementing and managing event-driven architecture
- Building secure software solutions using Python, Java, Go or Rust with a focus on security best practices
- Design and implementation of User Interfaces (UI/UX)
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD)
- Practical experience and proficiency in software development using the Scrum framework
- Certified ScrumMaster recognized by the Scrum Alliance
Skills Required
