TTO 202 supports a suite of web-based applications that automate data management for IC data custodians. The products facilitate the capture of information and approvals that allow for the movement of data through the customer mission space in a compliant manner. These products are critical to standardize and simplify data movement as well as data reuse and integration with downstream tools. The TTO is performed out of the Peraton facility and offers flexible hours.
The team is seeking a highly motivated software engineer to support development and define software solutions to support a data tracking and metrics solution. The ideal candidate will conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with systems engineers and developers across projects to support the planning, design, development, and utilization of a final product recommendation. They will work directly with the customer and team to evolve requirements and support the creation and presentation of design documents and product demonstrations. Other duties will include product evaluation, integration, testing and design process for data tracking and metrics solutions. They will participate in Agile development activities, to include Sprint planning, scheduling, and Jira ticket management. They will ensure software standards and best practices are utilized.

Qualifications
The Cloud Software Engineer shall have at least the following experience:
- Shall have at least two (2) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
- Shall have at least one (1) year of experience developing software using Java
- Shall have demonstrated ability to work with OpenSource (NoSQL) products that support highly distributed, massively parallel computation needs such as Spring Boot.
- Shall have demonstrated work experience with serialization such as JSON and/or BSON
- Shall have demonstrated work experience developing Restful services
- A bachelors degree in a technical field is required (NOTE: We can accept 4 additional years of experience in lieu of the degree)
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph clearance required

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
