Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Spry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret clearance and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in relevant technologies and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Design and implement cloud security solutions.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Monitor cloud environments for security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Respond to security incidents and perform forensic analysis.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure secure cloud deployments.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud security technologies and threats.
- Conduct security assessments and audits
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Cloud Security or similar certification from AWS, Azure, Google platforms
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with security tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.).
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools.
