CLOUD SALES SPECIALIST
As Cloud Sales Specialist, you will join our Cloud sales team. Your mission will be to provide technical knowledge to our customers in order to find the best solution for them and secure new sales opportunities. You will work closely with different Vendor brands, your colleagues, and assigned Arrow partners.
Within this position, you will be mainly responsible for Microsoft Cloud technologies business development and as well the management of client accounts. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams, and the vendors, to ensure trust and support of business objectives.
This is an office-based position (Lisbon office), with a hybrid work option.
What will you be doing?

  • Providing technical knowledge and expertise,
  • Building a positive relationship with our Cloud Business partners,
  • Supporting the business partners' business teams in the development, and construction of offers to their clients,
  • Interacting with the business partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy,
  • Delivering training and workshops for business partners and their clients
  • Planning and directing PoCs (Proof of Concepts),
  • Continuously learning about the latest offerings (you will obtain a Vendor's certifications!) and sharing information,
  • Keep up to date with the latest business topics and trends in the industry
  • All other duties commensurate with this role.

  • Understanding of Cloud solutions (preferably experience with Microsoft Azure, Modern Work & Security and Business),
  • Good communication skills,
  • Customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology,
  • Ability to identify and resolve partners' issues by excelling at prioritization of the workload,
  • A change agent, an influencer, inclusive and a trusted partner,
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work on your own,
  • Willingness to travel: some regional and EMEA traveling may be required,
  • A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a positive outlook for taking on new and diverse situations and being the best in what you learn!
