We are currently looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to join our R&D Department in Madrid. Reporting to the Cloud Operation Lead, in this position you will work alongside qualified, senior Cloud professionals to ensure reliability, availability and security of our Board platform. Handling support requests from all over the world, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience on Azure Cloud and learn in an international environment the best practices to deliver excellence to our customers.
This role requires participation in a rotating shift and on-call schedule: one week every six weeks on the evening shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM CET), and one week every twelve weeks on call (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM CET).
We embrace flexibility through a hybrid working schedule, with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home each week, fostering a balance of collaboration and productivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Become acquainted with the distinct features of Board platform and its deployment in the Azure Cloud environment
- Coordinate an effective troubleshooting process to identify and resolve Cloud issues
- Oversee support requests and needs of our worldwide customers
- Ensure excellence in delivering services to our customers through timely feedback and follow-ups
- Provide help and assistance to your fellow team members to troubleshoot and fix errors
- Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or similar fields
- Previous exposure to any Cloud provider will be considered a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft systems (Windows servers) is preferable
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Teamworking attitude
- Good organizational skills to meet target dates
- Fluency in English
