Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment
of AI/ML applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architecture solutions that meet
business needs while ensuring system security and scalability.
• Define & apply DevSecOps best practices by integrating cybersecurity best practices into
the DevOps processes, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and
systems.
• Define best practices & automate infrastructure provisioning and management using
tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
• Define best practices & monitor system performance and reliability, implementing
improvements as needed.
• Stay current with emerging DevOps, cybersecurity, and AI/ML trends and technologies,
applying them to enhance our systems and processes. Participate in potential working
groups for Cloud in the Energy industry.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits, addressing vulnerabilities and
ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous
learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps EngineerLeader, with a strong emphasis on architecture
and cybersecurity.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and
containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in real-
world scenarios.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity (e.g., AWS Certified DevOp Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, CISSP).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data
engineering tools.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as NIST, HIPAA, or equivalent.
