Overview:
The Cloud Operations Analyst is responsible for developing processes and supporting various functions to integrate and grow our strategic cloud partnerships with RingCentral and Nice InContact. Additionally, you will build and sustain good customers and vendors relations while also covering the end to end opportunity to cash process.
Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the correct set up and execution of all Cloud deals by working together with internal peers and external parties.

Validating the provided contractual and pricing information.
-
Maintaining, monitoring, and assuring that all Cloud deals are correctly set up in all tools and systems.

Controlling of order/contract related costs and liabilities; renewal; cancellation; accrual management.

Assuring correct flow and allocation of revenue and cost.

Making sure that all contractual changes (e.g. appendices, addendums) are recorded correctly and updated with the current status in the central file storage / contract register and, moreover, that all contractual obligations are followed up, documented and monitored.
Requirements:
-
BS/BA or advanced (University) degree in Business Administration / Finance / Supply Chain or Language (English/German);

2-4 years’ experience in relevant field will be considered advantage;

Fluent English Language Skills (C1); German or any other language will be considered as an advantage;

SAP (or similar ERP system), understanding of Workflow and related systems and tools;

Advanced MS Office skills;
-
Good understanding of contractual and finance language within customer contracts and amendments;
