About the Role
The primary objective of the C4M Sales Lead is act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence and an ability to engage with North America customers in the banking industry at C-Suite and increase the bottom line. Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value with our portfolio. Understand customer business drivers and how to establish buy-in at all levels. Comprehend the intricate interdependencies within the customer organization to guide the appropriate engagement approach.
- 8+ years of B2B Sales experience providing solutions to banks and non-bank lenders in helping them achieve their strategic and transformational initiatives.
- Several years of selling responsibility with a balance between product & service offerings.
- Extensive network within mortgage industry within the US market.
- Consultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience.
- Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
