About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Cloud Migration and other IT initiatives. This role requires a PMP certification and hands-on experience managing IT projects, with a focus on cloud migration. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project scope and quality requirements. Candidates with proven experience in state unified tax systems, such as Florida's SUNTAX or similar platforms, will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the Cloud Migration project, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
• Develop, update, and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for both cloud and non-cloud projects.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet key milestones.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with IT Project Management Standards (Rules 60GG-1.001 to 60GG-1.009, F.A.C.) and ISO/IEC 20000 standards.

Must-Have:

• PMP Certified from PMI
• Well-versed in Cloud Migration and managing IT projects
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with State or Federal entities is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with state unified tax systems (such as SUNTAX) is a strong advantage.
