Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Administer, configure, and maintain Tibco EMS/ActiveMQ environments on Linux and Windows
2. Provide production support including incident resolution, production changes, deployments, and upgrades
3. Perform system updates, patching, monitoring, and health checks to ensure stability and high availability
4. Build and maintain messaging infrastructure (brokers, clusters, SL/TLS, security, high availability)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with brokers, client applications, and performance bottlenecks
5. Collaborate with development teams to design, integrate, and support JMS-based messaging solutions
6. Work in a process oriented, fast paced team environment with rotational shift coverage (24/7 support)
7. Use Linux expertise for log analysis, system troubleshooting, and
automation
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Experience in installing and configuring Tibco FMS/MQ on Linux, including setting up brokers and clusters
Strong background in managing production environments, handling incidents, problem management, and executing production changes in a controlled manner
2. Skilled in monitoring tools, dashboards, and proactive system checks, with expertise in system updates, patching, version upgrades, and performance Cuming
3. Hands-on expertise in diagnosing broker and application issues, resolving performance bottlenecks, and supporting production systems
4. Proficient in Linux environments with shell access, performance
monitoring, and system resource optimization
5. Ability to create Bash scripts for automation, log monitoring, and scheduled maintenance tasks
6. Practical experience in SS1 /11 S configuration and administration, along with user authentication and authorization
7. Experienced in collaborating with development teams to design and deliver messaging solutions aligned with business needs
