Join our Cloud Systems & Services team and help drive operational excellence across TD SYNNEX's Cloud Marketplace business in 21+ European countries. As a Marketplace & Process Analyst, you will optimize business processes, support country teams and partners, improve platform adoption, and collaborate with sales, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across Europe.
Responsibilities:Manage Freshdesk queues and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Act as the main point of contact for country teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support vendor-related operational activities and platform management.
Provide operational insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with IT and platform teams to enhance business operations.
Drive user adoption and best practices across cloud and digital platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, eCommerce, or IT services environments.
