Technical Cloud Infrastructure Manager

The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.

As Technical Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you'll be responsible for both the strategic evolution and the operational excellence of Voodoo’s central infrastructure on AWS. You will lead a highly skilled team of 4 engineers in a platform-oriented model, providing reliable, scalable cloud services. You’ll work closely with the VP of the Business Unit and cross-functional teams to build, operate, and continuously improve a resilient cloud environment while supporting internal teams in designing, evolving, and optimizing their infrastructure stacks.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.

• Operate and evolve Voodoo’s core infrastructure stacks (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform), ensuring security, scalability, and best practices.

• Drive the evolution of Voodoo’s core technical stacks: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform.

• Oversee the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure proper monitoring and metrics.

• Define, maintain, and track the infrastructure roadmap in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

• Support development teams in designing, evolving, and optimizing their infrastructure, promoting best practices for architecture and cloud security.

• Monitor and optimize cloud costs, implementing FinOps practices and ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.

• Proactively identify opportunities and anticipate challenges in platform and infrastructure operations.

• Proven experience as a technical lead; people management experience is a plus.

• Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform.

• Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and FinOps principles.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset: you don’t wait for problems—you anticipate them.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational work.

• Experience supporting multiple internal teams, ideally in an international environment.
