For the Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer position we expect you to:
- Manage and deliver cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, and the applications and services that run on it, across our customer portfolio
- Utilize Service Management systems for providing Services at the highest level under ITSM principles to meet Service Level targets
- Monitor system performance and capacity utilization, and perform problem investigation and fault-finding across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments
- Create and maintain deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins and GitLab – either built from scratch or inherited and maintained on behalf of Development teams
- Administer identity, networking and certificate/PKI infrastructure (Active Directory, LDAP, VPN, TLS) supporting both cloud and on-premises customers
- Create and maintain Technical Documentation
- Closely collaborate with the Development teams, acting as the infrastructure and operations counterpart across build and deployment workflows

- A 4-year University/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another relevant discipline
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal)
We work across a portfolio of customers spanning fully on-premises, Azure-native and hybrid environments. The Core skills below are expected of everyone; for the tracks that follow, we're looking for demonstrated depth in one or more – not all:
Core (required across all engagements):
- Administering Microsoft Windows OS family and Linux OS flavors (incl. RHEL), and domain infrastructure such as Active Directory, LDAP and DNS
- General understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS), with exposure to VPN, firewalls and certificate/PKI concepts
- Monitoring/observability tooling and hands-on problem investigation and fault-finding
- Programming with common scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) or programming languages (Java, .Net)
Track A – Azure-native environments (experience in one or more of the following):
- Azure Cloud workload implementation, deployment, configuration, maintenance and monitoring (networking, virtual machines, storage, Key Vault, Application Services, RBAC)
- Azure Monitor / Log Analytics / KQL, and Defender for Cloud
Track B – On-premises / hybrid platforms (experience in one or more of the following):
- OpenShift or similar container platforms, and RHEL administration
- Enterprise application servers and enterprise authentication (Keycloak, LDAP/AD)
- Relational database administration (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), including high-availability concepts
Track C – CI/CD & deployment pipelines (experience in one or more of the following):
- Implementing and maintaining Build & Deployment Pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab or Azure DevOps
- Practical experience with version control systems and containerized solutions using Docker, Kubernetes and AKS

Skills Required
