Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer in San Antonio, TX! 
Responsibilities 

  • Assess the existing cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements to align with federal government standards and best practices
  • Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions
  • Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, including diagrams, operation procedures, and security guidelines
  • Collaborate with the security operations team to ensure compliance with federal government security requirements
  • Conduct regular cloud infrastructure audits to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities
  • Optimize cloud service utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based services
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to personnel as needed
  • Coordinate with other federal agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and technologies
Minimum Qualifications

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or administration
  • Knowledge in a variety of cloud platforms and technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Strong understanding of federal government security requirements, including FISMA and FedRAMP
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
  • Current active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required

Salary Range
