About the Role
We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer to manage and optimize our Microsoft cloud ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft Intune, and Azure Cloud services.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune environments.
- Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, including MFA, Conditional Access, and role-based access controls.
- Implement and oversee endpoint management and compliance through Intune.
- Support and maintain AWS cloud services, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Handle escalated technical issues and troubleshoot complex cloud-related incidents.
- Participate in cloud infrastructure projects, migrations, and automation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols such as MFA, DUO, and MDM.
- Collaborate with and mentor Help Desk Technicians on advanced technical tasks.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Azure & Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- AWS Cloud Services (EC2, IAM, S3, etc.)
- Proficiency in Conditional Access, PIM, and MFA configurations.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting or automation tools.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-100) preferred.
- AWS certifications an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure in a 24/7 operations setup.
- Willing to work onsite and on flexible shifts as business needs require.
