Deliver fully managed deployments of Alfa’s internal systems in AWS via CI/CD, ensuring high levels of security, availability and observability.
Collaborate with other development and operations teams at Alfa. Contribute and support architectural decisions on internal infrastructure and system changes, and be hands-on in designing and developing those solutions. Help to ensure systems are monitored 24/7 and partner with the support teams to respond immediately to any outages or issues. Pro-actively seek improvements, ensuring internal systems are flexible, easy to work with and change, well maintained and upgraded to comply with the company security standards. Share knowledge and help/mentor the development of colleagues.

Experience Required:
- Experience and knowledge of designing and delivering AWS cloud solutions and supporting on-prem system migrations using infrastructure-as-code
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of working on production systems
- Very good understanding software architecture, design and best practices
- Strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling (such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Good understanding of Linux (such as setting up servers, regular maintenance work and troubleshooting)
- Good understanding of security basics
- Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring
