Responsibilities include managing project deliverables, team leadership, relationship management, resource management, and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.

Join Alfa as an Implementation Architect responsible for understanding customer requirements and devising solutions through configuration, reports, system enhancements, data conversion, and integrations. Lead workstreams on client implementations, oversee business analysis, application support, data conversion, cutover planning, and training. Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and consultants for successful implementation.

Join Alfa as a Solution Architect to work on integration solutions using the Alfa Systems platform, business intelligence/data-warehousing approaches, and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with clients and functional experts, provide technical guidance, and mentor the next generation of solution architects. Experience in software development, technical advocacy, and technical consultancy is desired. Preferred experience in the US Auto/Equipment Finance Industry, API integration, cloud services, and data engineering concepts.
