Manage product budget, resourcing, and product leadership development while balancing customer needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, platform quality, and commercial goals. Partner with Engineering, Strategy, Revenue, Sales, Delivery, and customers; oversee product owners; guide AI and automation strategy; and represent product direction externally.

Supports client implementations of Alfa Systems through business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, application support, defect triage, data conversion, testing, training, and project planning. The consultant owns an implementation workstream, monitors risks, timelines, and budgets, collaborates with clients and engineering teams, and may supervise junior consultants.

Designs and delivers Alfa Systems implementation architectures, integrations, configurations, API solutions, data-warehousing approaches, and cloud services. Works with clients to gather requirements, align solutions with business objectives, assess non-functional needs, establish performance and testing plans, troubleshoot and tune applications, and guide product enhancements. Acts as a trusted technical advisor, collaborates with engineering and functional teams, and mentors solution architects.

Lead client implementation workstreams for Alfa Systems, covering requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, integrations, reporting, data conversion, testing, cutover, training, and post-go-live support. Manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, progress reporting, and assigned consultants while collaborating with customers, project teams, and software engineering. Advise on finance processes, optimize solutions, and ensure implementations meet customer requirements.

Graduate implementation analysts receive induction training and support client or internal projects involving software configuration, testing, quality assurance, issue investigation, releases, environment management, data migration, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and feature development. They document knowledge, support go-live activities, build SQL and Java skills, learn debugging, and develop customer, teamwork, and communication skills under experienced consultants.
