Designs and delivers Alfa Systems implementation architectures, integrations, configurations, API solutions, data-warehousing approaches, and cloud services. Works with clients to gather requirements, align solutions with business objectives, assess non-functional needs, establish performance and testing plans, troubleshoot and tune applications, and guide product enhancements. Acts as a trusted technical advisor, collaborates with engineering and functional teams, and mentors solution architects.

Lead client implementation workstreams for Alfa Systems, covering requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, integrations, reporting, data conversion, testing, cutover, training, and post-go-live support. Manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, progress reporting, and assigned consultants while collaborating with customers, project teams, and software engineering. Advise on finance processes, optimize solutions, and ensure implementations meet customer requirements.

Graduate implementation analysts receive induction training and support client or internal projects involving software configuration, testing, quality assurance, issue investigation, releases, environment management, data migration, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and feature development. They document knowledge, support go-live activities, build SQL and Java skills, learn debugging, and develop customer, teamwork, and communication skills under experienced consultants.

Provide administrative support to Technical Operations including procurement, goods-inward coordination, IT asset lifecycle management, inventory and asset register maintenance, supplier liaison, documentation management, and assisting with operational budget preparation and monitoring.

Lead UX vision and strategy for an enterprise asset-finance software suite. Drive design system evolution, shape user journeys, partner with Product and Engineering, use data-driven research to prioritise UX work, and evangelise user-centric design across the organisation.

Manage Alfa's day-to-day data privacy programme: draft and review policies and DPAs, run DPIAs, compile Records of Processing Activities, support international data transfers, lead audits, perform privacy risk assessments, and collaborate with Information Security, legal and client teams to ensure GDPR compliance and remediation tracking.
