The Opportunity:

Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience with system administration of Windows or Linux operating systems
  • 2+ years of experience managing Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure 
  • Experience with the design, deployment, or management of Cloud environments, including AWS or Azure
  • Experience with the monitoring, maintenance, and security of critical infrastructure components
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 30 days of hire date
  • Cloud Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience leading a team of Cloud professionals on projects or efforts
  • Experience working with DoD systems requiring accreditation, including RMF and ATO
  • Knowledge of DoD accreditation processes
  • Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure cost forecasting and tracking
  • Ability to work through challenging security requirements and maintain compliance
  • AWS or Azure Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
